Standard First Aid & CPR-C (Blended)
Teaching time: 7h online + 8h in-class (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Course content
- The Red Cross; preparing to respond; EMS system; Check–Call–Care
- Airway, breathing & circulation emergencies; respiratory/cardiac arrest
- Wound care; head & spine; bone, muscle & joint injuries
- Sudden medical & environmental emergencies; opioid poisoning awareness

- Online access from Red Cross (myrc.redcross.ca)
- Complete online portion before class (self-paced on your device)
Certification: 3-year Standard First Aid & CPR-C. BLS optional: 1 year.
Emergency First Aid & CPR-C (Blended)
Teaching time: 4h online + 4h in-class (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

- Valid Canadian Red Cross SFA & CPR-C certificate (not expired)
- Not previously recertified on the same certificate

CPR-C & AED (Blended)
Teaching time: 3h online + 3h in-class (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Course content
- Assessment; responding to call; shock; infection prevention
- Airway & respiratory emergencies; circulatory emergencies; hemorrhage
- Musculoskeletal injuries; head & spinal; special populations
Requirements: Complete the Red Cross online portion before class.
Certification: 3-year CPR-C & AED.

Blended First Aid courses include CPR-C with AED; you can add BLS for Healthcare Providers (valid 1 year) if required.
